Firstly, we determined the real needs of our customers and offer accurate product and service according to that need in the sectors that we give service. Many years ago when production was less and demand was more, what produced was sold. Since supply demand was high, companies did not have sales and profit concern. Customer demands could be ignored. With the increase of manufacturing, competition increased and customer demands began to change. While what produced was sold in the past, now what customer demands should be produced.
We never assess the relation with our customers as Seller - Customer relationship and we try to understand what they need by making empathy. Consequently, our customers actually do not buy our products but buy the benefit that they will obtain from our products. Therefore, these products are actually our products and continuity of this benefit should be provided. Thus, we should be able to offer a good service to our customers. The most important compound of good service is the competent human resource. By keeping this in mind, we choose our work mates carefully. We do our best to make our work mates feel that they are the important compound of this system.
